Town Hall — monthly#

Our company-wide all-hands. Hear from the leadership team on performance, direction, and what’s coming up. There’s always time for Q&A — no question is off the table.

Enablers Exchange — fortnightly#

A rotating knowledge-sharing session where people share something they’ve learned, built, or discovered — a new AI tool, a lesson from an engagement, a technical deep-dive, a useful way of working. Short, informal, and genuinely useful.

Enablers Circle — monthly#

A smaller, more personal session focused on people and culture — wellbeing, career development, ways of working. A space for honest conversation, facilitated but not scripted.

Socials#

We get together through the year — team socials, away days, and celebrations. Being based in Leeds means a lot of that happens in person.
