Referral guidelines#

The best people tend to know other great people. Referrals are one of our most effective hiring channels — and we reward them.

Referral bonus#

Refer someone who joins Enablis and completes their probation, and you’ll receive a referral bonus. The amount varies by role level — ask the Talent team for current figures. It’s paid the month after probation is successfully completed.

How to refer someone#

Send the Talent team your contact’s name, the role they’d suit, and a short note on why they’d be great. We’ll take it from there and keep you updated.

Be honest with your referral#

Tell them what Enablis is really like — including the parts that aren’t for everyone. A referral who joins and thrives is worth far more than one who joins and leaves quickly.

A few ground rules#

You can refer friends, former colleagues, or contacts — but not people you directly manage. Immediate family referrals need additional approval. Referral bonuses don’t apply to contract or interim positions.
