How we organise our days, communicate, and get things done.

Hybrid and remote#

We don’t dictate where you work — we trust you to work in the way that works best.

Home and office. Most people split their week between home and our Leeds office. There’s no hard rule, but being around colleagues is good for you and for the team.

Client sites. If you’re on a client engagement, your working pattern is partly shaped by their setup. We’re transparent about this before you’re placed on any project.

Core hours. We ask that everyone is reachable between 10am and 3pm for meetings and collaboration. Outside that, work the hours that suit you and your project.
